Who this applies to
These terms govern your use of the X-AI website (x-ai.agency) and the AI Opportunity Audit and any services X-AI subsequently agrees to provide. By booking an audit or engaging X-AI, you accept these terms.
The audit and proposals
The AI Opportunity Audit is offered free of charge and without obligation. Anything discussed during the audit — including recommendations, architecture, or ROI estimates — does not constitute a binding commitment from either party. A paid engagement only begins once a separate, signed proposal or statement of work is agreed to.
Paid engagements
Scope, timeline, pricing, payment schedule, and deliverables for any paid work are defined in that engagement's proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over these general terms for anything it specifically addresses.
Ownership and confidentiality
Systems, code, and documentation built for a client under a paid engagement belong to that client upon full payment, unless the signed proposal states otherwise. Both parties agree to keep confidential business information shared during the audit and engagement private.
No guarantees
We engineer systems carefully and stand behind our work, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, headcount, or efficiency figures) since these depend on factors outside our control, including how a system is used after deployment.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
